I got this game thinking it would be cozy and chill. It most definitely was not cozy and chill. I believe I get more stressed out playing this game than I would playing a super intense shooter. It gets to be so fast paced that my brain goes all gjrewgjhisbnghjfsdbghisfg and my mind goes all uhhhhh. If you want your anxiety to be all buzz buzzing, play this game. No, for real. Its fun.

This game is pretty fun, in a "free browser flash game you play on your lunch break" kind of way... but honestly couldn't keep me interested and I'm not sure I'll want to play more. I don't like how upgrades are objects you have to keep on your desk, leaving less room for actual lost items. I am VERY displeased to see missing features advertised in-game as "upcoming free DLC"... This game is in reality in Early Access and SHAME on the dev(s) for trying to pass this off as a fully finished game!

unfurnished, unfinished and unpollished. the good: - you can rollplay as a deadbeat father slithering out of paying child suport. - cute artstyle. the bad (unpollished): - the physics are absolute dog puke, buggy items going everywhere and onto the conveyor belt, forcing you to divert your attention to getting them of it or else you lose. so. much. money. - its glitchy stuff like this that make the game feel, yk, bad to play. - dubbles of item requests? 2 or 3 ppl showing up at the same time or just after an item has been picked up, usually after calling a customer. - a new customer who wants the item shows up just before the person you called to pick up the item. the bad (the unfinished): - what does temprature do? i cant tell. thats how little this mechanic matters in most game modes - what does rank do? - what does the homelessguy do aside from cluttering up my table? - what does the adhd and autism mode do? I and my AuDHD can not tell. the bad (the unfurnished+ other stuff): - the game lacks 33% of the maps locations you can actually use, these shouldve been included in the release. the homeless guy even refrences the unavalable buildings, these arent upcoming free content updates, they are missing core gameplay mechanics wich absense makes the game feel like its in betatesting. - why does the customer speach bar cover part of the table? i either fail to give the item stuck under it or send them away by mistake. - items take up space on your table (duh) but both upgrades and money do too. if you dont actively pick up your money it starts displacing the other things on the table, the lose money also has physics and lagg the game out. could this not be changed by auto storing the money in the till? no physics strain and it would actually make sense for the theif to no longer be able to steal it. the ending: -the ending doesnt make sense. why would going on a vacation be a permanent escape from capitalist grind? and why can i chose if i bring my family or not but its still the same price?? there are all rhese choices around your family but no game response too them aside from game over. also your trip could only last about 200 days if the familes needs stayed the same. im sorry i just dont get it. everything you do in this game feels pointless, the gameplay loop has no real risk/reward. playing on the mayhem dificulty does not combat this. they cant even fire you for not doing your job. whats the point of working hard and not just stealing the expenisve stuff and giving out the ocational correct item, you can easily make more then the daily family needs. no spellchecking, no proof reading. i needed to get this of my chest because i really wanted to like this game but in its current state its both stressfull and boring, i dont know how you pulled this of but ,man, this sucks.

Got the paper thing from the store 3 days in so I never had to send money home again. Why AM I sending money home anyways? Felt very "Papers Please" but without a good explanation, after all "Papers Please" has multiple endings, but if you get three strikes here you just lose I think? What does the bank do? What am I saving for? Why can I just steal items and sell them at the black market without any repercussion? Like yeah I am stealing all of the laptops that are left over at the end of the day WHY wouldn't I? Why can I only buy one item at the store per day it's so nonsensical. Why do upgrades need to be stored on the table?? I got a fan and it just somewhere on the table and that makes the customers more patient how? I got the tipping box and yet I still have to manually click the tips? Why? An upgrade like that should eliminate the part where I need to collect it myself. Kept spraying the officer with the pepper spray he didn't like it but he kept coming back. But he kept asking for a wallet like four times a day and I thought that's annoying so I just started spraying him so that he left. If I didn't have an item I would just let the people leave without taking their number. Because sorting the numbers and keeping track is really annoying and then you need to call them with your phone and I promise you the second you wipe out the phone a robber will come and steal your money. It's just not worth it especially with the table space. Also, not a great look to have the robber look like a punk instead of... a robber? Anyways, I thought this looks cute and fun but I got like 15 days in, there was no storyline, the upgrades didn't improve the gameplay and clogged up my table and I have now refunded this on the basis of being very bored.

It's a fun little game, but I think the game is somewhat misleading with the game status already on full release with "free content updates". This is an early access game, period. A good one at that. But still an early access, yet it's sold as a full release product. That's the reasoning why I can't recommend the game at this point. It's fun, it's cute, it has personality, albeit a very short experience. The game fell flat after around 2 hours mark as there's literally no progress anymore to be done, only repeating the same mundane activities with no goals. There are still some locked contents that are yet to be released. Which is, again, basically an early-access game sold as full product.

Looked like a fun little game but its honestly just stressful and annoying. The table just gets full way too fast and just when you think everything is neat you get a massive suitcase to try and fit in. You will not have enough time to do this and people will show up looking for stuff while you're trying or a robber will start taking your earnings. The upgrade items available also take up space on the table which in some cases made me wonder if I would be better throwing them in the bin for table space. Money you earn will appear on the table, usually this will be behind items so you have to go through and try to click behind them, you can usually do this at the end of the day but if you're low on money you might go into a negative and end your run because you didn't. Not sure why it isn't just automatic. The game will often lag when a lot of items get bumped and screen freezes for a couple of seconds. There's also a magnifying glass item in the game which is supposed to tell you how much items are but the tool tip for the item doesn't disappear when you pick it up so half of the time you can't see the values. Really feels a bit unfinished/untested.I don't think it's far off being good but cannot recommend in it's current state.

I can't stop playing and I haven't blinked in hours. Very fun and has lots of potential. I love the upgrades. I've only played on the chill difficulty so far but I'm eager to try out the others. My one request to the devs is that customers come pick up their lost dogs/cats within the day. Makes me sad when it's been a few days. That's one reason why I played for so long...can't go to bed thinking about that lost cat/dog! Anyway, this game is absolutely worth checking out. At a price this low, what do you have to lose?

I really liked this game I bought it on sale and played it for a while and ended up buying out all the shops, then one day after an update I saw a new upgrade in the shop, without reading it i bought it not knowing it was a table shrinking upgrade. Since my log was on the far right side of the table it ended up disapearing, and with no way to end the day I gave up. PLEASE fix this bug. Ive almost gotten the bank ending and I really dont want to restart.

extraordinarily annoying issue where if things are placed on top of each other on the table, it just starts spinning and pushing everything away. can't tell if this is a feature or a bug but it genuinely ruins the game for me

You have a hectic job as an officer in an airport who collects and returns lost items to customers…and as we all know too well, the airport is famous for losing your stuff!

The Story & Gameplay

You work as an officer at an airport whose job it is to organize and return items to people who have lost their belongings. Upgrade your office, manage requests and find collectables. You could be honest and give back all the loot you find or keep some of the stuff that comes across your desk to sell for some cash (let’s be honest the airport pays you squat and you do have to buy those upgrades somehow). If you do not have the item the person is looking for you can write down their info to contact them at a later time once you come across it. There are 4 difficulty modes you can play which are chill (no timers), relaxed (timers but slower with better tipping customers), normal and mayhem. 🔹 Tip - a "torch" is the flashlight.

Settings & Features

Settings & features include; language, tutorial on or off, camera sensitivity, camera mode, audio controls, fullscreen or windowed, graphics quality, shadow quality, vfx quality and post-processing on or off.

The Visuals & Audio

The art style is cartoony with vibrant colours and cute illustrations for the items. The music is catchy, yet relaxing.

Overall Experience

Overall I really enjoy this game. It can get a bit fast paced (I played normal mode) and some of the smaller items like the lipstick or usb drive are annoying to have to try and grab for the customer before they take off. Once you get a system of organization down and buy some table upgrades it gets easier to look for items quickly. It would be nice if the upgrades you buy did not have to sit on your table and were just active once you purchased them. Yet overall I am having a fun time despite some small personal gripes and I really enjoy collecting the stickers. 🧳

At the moment I don't recommend the game. It's just not finished at this point. There is no goal here, the upgrades clutter the table, and some upgrades don't do anything. The game also doesn't make sense overall: - What is the thermometer for besides taking up space? - Why is the painting on my table and not on the wall? - There is someone trying to steal your money but you buy the upgrade on day 2 or 3 and then he won't take the money but still shows up. - The homeless guy is a pointless addition, and I have no clue why i should give him anything and what his notes mean. - There are mini-games that don't lead to anything like the secret files and the suitcase. What is the point? - Why is there a ghost in the black market? - I'm forced to give money to my family at home but I dont know who that family is. I have no home that I can see because I go straight back to work. It would make sense if I could decorate that home and upgrade it for a visable family. The game is very unpolished and I feel like they wanted to make a cozy game that would remind us of Unpacked and A Little to the Left, but no one really bothered to think the elements of the game through resulting in a lot of nothing that could have been a free mobile game.

Sadly pretty boring and turns into a mess without many options to change that. Theoretically fun little ideas and concepts, arent making it much better. Honestly, and this might sound weird at first, with coop i would see the appeal and it would turn a game like this into a good game. I know, what would change with two players when the gameplay doesnt hit with one? But a lot of the tasks and mechanics could return more interest and actually start to evolve and show their strengths, if you coordinated with another player and decided what you want to upgrade etc. A mechanic that works but itsnt particulary fun, could suddenly become an engaging aspect of the game and not just because any game with a friend is fun. Ofcourse that will never happen. What is left is an ok-ish game, that i felt wasnt worth my time or the pretty low price asked for it.

I don't know exactly how steam tags work, but the fact this game ever ended up with the 'wholesome' tag makes me feel like I'm entitled to some sort of compensation. I know that some games like Stardew Valley can contain darker or adult subjects, but literally nothing positive happens in this game. You can neglect your wife and children as soon as it starts, get a court order against them so you don't have to pay child support and gamble it away instead, abandon them at the end of the game, steal valuables from customers and sell them on the black market (including dogs, cats, medicine, passports and underwear), bribe the police and die to a bomb explosion. None of this is thematic, consequential or fun. It's not a cool subversion where you play a secret villain or the story of a desperate man turning to crime, it literally just happens. Even if it was, surely we could still agree that it wouldn't be wholesome. I guess everybody thinks the only thing that made Papers, Please depressing was the colour palette? Optics aside, this lack of care affects the gameplay to its core. You get the basic mechanics, then something new is added, then you extremely quickly realise the new mechanic means absolutely nothing and you ignore it completely. Items, customers and their requests seem to work completely independently of each other; if a customer asks for an item and you don't have it, they will leave their phone number so you can call them when you do. So you get the item, call them, they come back and ask for a completely different item that you also don't have, then they get annoyed and leave. I hope you started throwing all the phone numbers directly into the bin much sooner than I did. From this, you realise that customers spawn for items, not the other way around. If you have no items on your table, you will get no customers. You can throw thousands of dollars of plane tickets in the bin with absolute confidence that nobody will come and look for them, as they are perfectly content to be abandoned in a foreign country. Who cares about bomb threats? Just throw suspicious boxes into the bin, too. I can only be glad that lost toddlers are sent to somewhere else in the airport. The Black Market mechanic? I don't even know if you can get in trouble or arrested for stealing items. Maybe you had to openly push them into the box while the guard was at your table? He comes by so little and leaves so quickly that you can avoid this without even thinking about it. Sometimes the Black Market guy and the guard will turn up at the same time and you can shovel laptops and wallets to this black-coated stranger right in front of him. Then again, he will also stand by and watch a thief grab hundreds of dollars from your register multiple times per day, so maybe the main character knew he just didn't do his job. Just like the de Every aspect, big or small, has something wrong with it in a completely nonsensical way. You're not able to visit a building more than once for no reason, you're not able to buy more than one item at a time for no reason, the table "upgrade" means half your items are off-screen for no reason, there's locked locations that you will never access for no reason, the homeless man keeps telling you to do things for no reason, the thief keeps on standing at your table even when you bought the anti-stealing upgrade for no reason, your wife stays with you for no reason. Also, what airport would give a single shit about customer approval for the lost and found guy? They do not care that you lost your items, in fact they'd rather you didn't have any so they could have more room for freight. In my achievement runs where I sent suitcases into the bin straight from the conveyor belt, I was the best employee they'd ever had.

On the surface this game looks like a nice casual organisation/hidden item game except the items are hidden exactly where you put them. Unfortunately within 30 minutes of playing on Normal difficulty it suddenly because an unmanageable cascade of chaos as you don't have anywhere near enough time to find that thing you may or may not have while a thief is simultaneously stealing all your money and a homeless guy is demanding you give him free stuff so he can give you a cryptic clue for something you already use. Oh and if you miss out on giving someone something you have it will just sit on you desk for eternity until you throw it in the trash or steal it. After which someone will probably come by looking for that exact item.

honestly its really simple the mini games are not really games at all the black market is useless and the homeless guy only effects the hardest difficulty by acting as a free trash can i cant recommend this game to anyone

I wanted to love this game. I really enjoy organizing games and this one seemed to be something new and interesting. However, this was not my experience. There seems to be no good risk/reward system at all to this game, and what even are the upgrades that don't seem to do anything, and by the time I hit 2 hrs, I had everything unlocked and there was nothing left to do. You get to expand your table, but have to scroll over to get to it - which is a great space to place your upgrades that are required to stay on your table, but heaven forbid you scroll over because you have exactly 2 seconds to get rid of the thief... There really does seem like they could have a fun game here if things in the game were explained, if there were things to unlock that actually meant something, that using the phone to return stuff later to customers did anything meaningful, and I could go on and on. But for 7 dollars, this game is not worth it. If you want something to do for an hr and it's on sale for a buck or two, pick it up and give it a try. Otherwise, pass on this one.

Balance is all over the place, you unlock stuff way too early on, items have absolutely nonsense prices and the smuggle mechanic doesn't feel risky nor rewarding at all. The base premise is great, but you earn way too much doing the usual stuff and not nearly enough by stealing. On top of that: -Upgrades should NOT be items that clog up your desk space -Limiting how often you can visit places per day makes no sense -Max one purchase per day in each shop, again, makes no sense -No penalty for ignoring a customer, yet you lose a ton if you give them the wrong item? -Why do thieves even appear after you buy the safe register upgrades? Overall, this game is completely filled with small yet weird game design elements that can't make the title live up to what i expected from it. It also seems that despite having a relatively small team (18), Rogue Duck is pushing new and similar games nonstop, so i don't think Lost but found's future is looking bright. TL:DR Loved the idea, not the execution Many core game mechanics are underused or unbalanced You'll have seen almost everything before the 2 hours mark
1 votes funny
This game itches my need to organise things! I admit it can be challenging at times when there's more than 2 people waiting for an item. My only little nitpick with it is that the progression is almost a little too quick since once you unlock everything it can get a tad boring. Other than that I'd say I recommend this if you like something easy and simple to play when you're bored.
