If you pay any attention to Socio-Economy issues around the world, you'll definitely come across Japan's low birthrate issue, which is one on many things you'll hear about Japan. In fact, their birthrate started dropping once they began to industrialize & urbanize, which is a common occurrence throughout modern history for many other countries, not just Japan. By the mid-1970s, Japan’s birthrate fell below the replacement level of 2.1 and has continued declining ever since, and as of 2024 it's 1.15. Mind you, the minimum required for a population to keep their number the same for the next generation is 2.1 children per woman. But hey at least it's not like South Korea's 0.75 (even lower number has been reported recently). I will keep the reason why Japan's birthrate is so low short, since there're much more better studies on the internet that go into more details much better. For short, what makes Japan so great that we know and love today, are also what killing them, insane strict high standard work ethics/cultures and high living cost due to inflation. To cope with this issues, the government even tried to give out incentives such as giving ¥100,000 ($660) for each baby born, and last time I have heard from people I know from Japan, this is basically useless as it's not enough to cover the actual cost of raising a child till working age. And even wackier recent rumor is to giving out "Breeding Visa" to foreigner. Talking about Japan's government will do anything except for fixing the root causes, from the entertainment side, we get to see many wacky takes from h-manga, h-anime, and h-game like this game on the issue. Either as satire or as their own unhinged suggestions, we’ll never really know what’s going on in the minds of these authors. At least this game's approach seem more reasonable, some works even go as far as proposing extreme or disturbing ‘solutions’ like legalizing non-consensual scenarios. One thing I like to think about is would any of these approaches actually work? For me, they may sound good on paper, and would definitely satisfy the quota. But what about the child's development? Most of these approaches (breeding officer, legalize r*pe, etc) often lead to single-parenthood family, and we all know how badly it ends for the child. Even if money is not the issue, parents usually still want to spend more time with their children to properly give them the emotional support needed, but this is usually a far-fetched luxury due to how busy their work is. In the end, this just makes people not want kids at all — why would anyone give birth when they don’t have the time or money to raise a child properly, while the government only cared enough to reward you with compensation equivalence of a pack of cigarette? After all, this may only works well in the fiction world of hentai, and ridiculous in real life. That’s my thought on the matter, just food for thought. Back to the game:

Gameplay is similar to dating-sim like Dōkyūsei: Bangin' Summer, but simpler. Basically be at the right place at the right time, or "Breed at the right place, at the right time"🤣. Story is very self explanatory, Japan started a program allowing male to become "breeding officer" and breed with any consenting female, basically being a breeding stallion to fix the birthrate. The game art style is pixel, as someone who love pixel arts, this game is amazing! The characters are cute and the animations are very nice. There are voice acting and SFX for the spicy gameplay too!

Rating: Japan probably won't be able to fix their birthrate, but this game is good!

I actually played meteo.H breeding games in JP as well (DLSite) and I enjoyed them all. played this official translation to support them as well and took the opportunity to do a full replay, ended up 100%ing in 4h Am a fan of these pixel games and this honestly really delivers. Mei best btw. As for the translation, there are frequent typos, some mistranslations, and some cases of text overflowing out the window so that is unfortunate. You'll need to download the free Steam patch from 072 website to be able to see the actual "Breeding" Was a surprise that something like this even needed one considering the Steam page lol. Certain girls would just be pure black without it.

This game requires an externally-sourced patch in order to get all of its features, which also requires you to make an account on the publisher's website in order to download it. I would not recommend doing this, not only because it is ridiculous to begin with that said patch is needed to even get the text to work right (as of writing this), but also the fact that the content it unlocks includes things that are VERY questionable in terms of various character's ages. You are buying an intentionally incomplete product here with the complete version being... well, not exactly something you'd want to have in your Steam library to put it bluntly.

What sort of game needs you to go to a different website to go and search for patches personally??? ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT ON STEAM The game was fun for a bit until the story got cut short halfway through and some of the UI were not even loading 10/10 do not recommend.

This game is 90% broken... Packed with UI problems, invisible characters and game blockers. It's not possible to play in current state. - It cannot go full screen - When you use the mobile phone, the text is bigger than the screen and runs off out to the side - When you try breeding, nothing happens and the only button available is Exit every time - Sometimes the pointer when hovering over things does not highlight the objects correctly and objects have offsets from the actual coordinates of the pointer Come on guys... This is not a difficult game to make, but even the basics are broken. Will await 1 update for all these fixes and if they're not resolved, will refund. Thanks.

I liked the eroticism of the previous title, which was easy to play, so I purchased this one as well. I was able to meet new heroines, go deeper into areas I couldn't get into, and overcome barriers with people I couldn't sire.... While utilizing the previous game's flow of developing heroines and areas within the map, the pure power-up part with increased number of people and facilities and the newly fleshed-out worldview with rules, money, etc., are enjoyable. Whether you have played the previous game or not, become a seeding committee member and LETS contribute to society!

Good game I can have Segs with almost every girl and woman in city, why not? It's awesome.
