The only thing that disappointed me is that i can't remove ice from windows by pissing on it, but game is still in early access so I hope it gets added.
Poor Teimo with his little shop coulnt compete with the ABC copy, the cd's dont work for the radio, there isnt a thirst bar but i still died of dehydration. Man i love this game so much already.

-Struggle for thirty minutes trying to figure out how to scrape the windshield
-Finally figures it out
-Battery dies
-Leaves it on charger and sleeps in game
-Drive to get alcohol cuz player is alcoholic
-Drives to workplace for interview and gets a speeding ticket because speed trap on highway
-Interview and get the job
-Drive back home and loses control because snow and dies

Obligatory Negative Review due to AI usage in-game.
I do not understand why they felt it necessary to use AI slop. I understand that the overall aesthetic of the game is janky and sloppy, but that's no excuse. Human-made jank is different from AI regurgitated garbage. Please remove the AI slop.
Okay, everyone here seems to be glazing the game and not giving an objective review. In the one hour of gameplay I had, here's my experience after havin 100+ hours in MSC.
- Game still runs like shit after years of development (i'm counting my summer car release date)
- I get that the game is supposed to be a "hardcore sim" but how the fuck am I supposed to know what to do?
- Everything is in Finnish. I had to resort to a translator to know that I have to contact some guy on the classifieds magazine
- There's a job supposedly, no explanation on that side.
- Map (image) is lazy and not updated with the gas station
- AI is more than likely using the code for summer handling as I've seen countless cars on the side of the road and flipped.
- There's so many quality of life mods in my summer car and yet this game gained nothing from the modding community.
- No thirst meter?
- Why is a 3060TI recommended to play this game? Just program better honestly.
For now, here's what I know I'm supposed to do: Buy everything regarding the Corris Rivett or whatever the name of the car is and order every part and assemble it. This is deduction. Also, where is wife? Did she abandon the MC?
Wouldn't recomend it (in the current state) and this is coming from a guy who played a lot of MSC.
I was excited to play this game until i saw it heavily uses AI generated content. Why man the first game was fire and didnt use any AI.

I haven't played enough to give my opinion on the game, but from the experience my summer car game me and the way topless gun developes the game, i am here to boost this games reach by leaving a positive review. i will update this when my opinion on the game has been shaped enough for a proper review. (i will remove this part when i feel like i know enough to give a more in-depth opinion)
Update 1: It has been mostly playable (a few minor bugs here and there as expected)
I love how much content and quests there are, but you still get some of the freedom that you had in my summer car.
Bonus: I feel like we didn't deserve this game yet (and still dont), the community has been so chaotic and dumb recently, that it makes me feel bad to be a part of it.
Bonus 2: Thank you so so so so so so so so so so so much for the steam awards.

Cannot recommend because of AI usage. HALF of the radio music in the game as well as some other assets are AI generated slop. At least the radio songs can be toggled on or off from the settings, but nonetheless very disappointing. Hopefully this will be addressed for the full release of the game.
My Summer Car way better. spent 10 minutes find out how to remove the fukass ice off my windshield so after pissing heating engine i found out you have to scrape bc i watched yt tutorial for it drove to supermarket bought groceries the car spent 15 seconds to try to start with choke and battery died
At this moment , this game is just a DLC or a Winter mod for MSC.
Music is the same , Car is different. there is no direction on what to do , no story,, just a ' Here's a frozen map , have fun'
Worth a buy ?? Nope ! If you have MSC , just stick with that. this game is Boring AF !
If anything changes , maybe i'll review it again.

I want to shake the dev, tell him that I *LOVED* the original game's style, the bad textures and music came together to really remind you that this is one man, and the world he grew up in. It felt like a personal story, full of anachronisms and tall tales. I'm not joking, it's genuinely great.
All of that is gone when you get the AI to make smooth textures for you. All of it. It's just a game now.
Ive never liked the snow but always liked my summer car. The handling model is just as bad as the last game unfortunately. Also there is plenty of 3D that needs to be finished. I will change my review when the game gets polished a little more. IMO it released too early for early access.
