Even if the game wasn't filled with bugs, its still a below-average open world game at best. • Nothing to do in the open world besides "kill this". • No car customization. • Very few shops to buy anything. • No house/apartment purchasing or customizing. • Idiotic lifeless NPCs. • Very few options for initial character creation. • No barbershops or way to customize hair after creation. • No tattoo parlors or way to customize tattoos after creation. For me, I would say that the worst part of the game is the horrible AI. • I shot off a round in V's apartment and when I went outside there were 30 NPCs all doing the same "scared" animation. • NPCs don't react to or react extremely late to every action you do. • If you block a car on the road even a little, the NPCs will just sit there until you move. • Often you can find a crowd of people, but when you turn around and look back they will disappear. • Police will spawn directly behind you in unrealistic places. I saw a video where police were spawning on the balcony of a high rise building. • Police will never chase you with cars. They don't have any driving AI. The developers created this vast beautiful play space but didn't add any depth to the world. • Outside V's apartment, there were 2 women trying to get through a door that wouldn't open. Even if you hack it open, they don't react at all. • I helped a women being attacked by 4 gang members, but she didn't react at all after I killed them. • A guy was banging on a vending machine that had failed to dispense out his drink. Drinks spewed out after I hacked it, but he still kept banging on the machine. • Police will never chase you with cars. • Very few animations and voice lines. After only an hour of playing, it was as repetitive as GTA San Andreas without the glamor. Now that I think about it, there is literally no driving AI in this game. Every NPC is structured to follow a predetermined path on the road. The only car chases that happen are in missions, and even then its all scripted. NPCs won't move around your car if you block them or anything semi-advanced. Performance on older generation consoles has been blamed on "obsolete" hardware, but you have to remember that when this game was announced the PS4 and Xbox One hadn't even came out yet. Larger better looking games like RDR2 launched and ran perfectly well on these "obsolete" consoles. General performance and optimization is extremely lacking as well. CDPR developed this game on the highest end equipment without ever thinking about optimization for more common hardware. They released the game on PC saying that you could run high settings just fine on a GTX 1060. Framerates have been horrible unless you have new top end hardware. Every general gameplay sector is severely below average. The gunplay is a worse version of Fallout 4 without the VATS. The stealth is extremely generic. The driving is delayed and clunky. The wanted-system is horrible with the police losing you a block away. Crafting is broken and not fun. Side missions consist of "kill this". Customization is extremely limited and almost nonexistent after initial creation. Basic open world gameplay features are missing, like barbershops and in-depth NPC interaction. After almost a decade in development, its not unreasonable to be mad at the results we have seen from this game. The game has a beautiful exterior but when you look at the real gameplay even without the bugs, it is extremely mediocre. It plays like a rushed Ubisoft game, but worse. If Ubisoft made this game, I think it would have been better.

I do not mind the bugs the slightest, the gaming experience is the bestest I had yet
