Hi to all of you. I am one of those who saw the offer as the greatest opportunity to purchase a most expected game.
I bought it for € 27,49 and, unfortunately, i didn t notice that it was only for 30 days access. I made the purchase and got the receipt and the Key COde.
At first, it took me almost 8 hours to complete downloading - just a comment!.
When the game was downloaded i put the key code and created an ESO account, which i confirmed and they sent a confirmation and a "welcome" letter on my email.
Tried to log in... nothing!! Tried several times, but it was pointless. Instead, to my surprise, the ESO support site, wanted me to select 30, 90 or 180 days permission to use the game. And for that i had to pay extra money, depending on my selection.
I tried to confirm my key code through STEAM, and a message said that the key was wrong. How can this happen, when STEAM provided me with the key code???
I immediatelly contacted ESO officials to see to the problem.
After a bunch of emails, they informed me that they could not detect any transfer of the money i paid, Practically, they could not give me access, because they hadn't been paid!! So, it was logical that they couldn' t allow me to play.
Also, they made clear that it was a time limited access - for 30 days - but i should select if i wanted 30, 90, or 180 days access.
I was really frustrated and angry and i stated that the deal was off and i requested a refund. They told me that i could get a refund in 7 to 10 days after my application for this.
I did apply for the refund, and the ESO replied that i this application should be made towards STEAM not ESO, since they hadn t get the money.
Now, i have to search how can i apply for the refund via STEAM.
Can anyone help ???
Thank you all for reading.
