Nice and relaxing game
Cons :
1) Inventory and crafting, it's so messy
2) Finding and learning the same blueprints over and over
3) Not being able to mine with my ship while I'm on a planet
4) the Scanner doesn't scan crystals, I know plutonium is red but the green ones could be anything
5) Cannot scan minerals while in spaceship
6) No Maps or self made waypoints
7) Making notes or a logbook would be nice since I allways forget what I'm looking for
8) Everyting I find is the same as I found before
9) Galaxy map doesn't tell me where I've been
10) Interact with chairs
No Man's Sky draait (ergens tussen medium/high settings) goed op mijn i7 2,8 Ghz, 12Gb RAM en GTX770. Dit spel maakt gebruikt van vele wiskundige berekeningen door al de procedural generated content, en volgens mij belast het daardoor je geheugen en CPU (i.p.v. de GPU) zwaarder dan andere spellen.
Gameplay:
Dit is spel is gemaakt om te chillen. Lekker exploren, beetje minen, handelen en later misschien een beetje knallen. Kop koffie en een boterham met aardbeienjam er bij, en genieten van de vele ontdekkingen die je doet op een oneindige diversiteit aan planeten. Je hebt natuurlijk doelen die je moet halen om verder te komen in het spel, maar wel zonder tijdsdruk. Verkennen en ontdekken zijn de belangrijkste onderdelen van het spel en je wordt daar dan ook netjes voor beloond. Het enige echte nadeel waar ik tegen aan blijf lopen, is het gebrek aan inventory ruimte. Je kan upgrades vinden in het spel, maar het blijft altijd te weinig.
Het spelen voelt in het begin nogal "geport" aan, maar dat verdween bij mij na het opschroeven van de FOV. :-) No Man's Sky werkt trouwens perfect i.c.m. de Steam Controller.
Bought the game 3 days ago, lost track of time this game is the best thing since crack cocaine.
Found a nice looking tool with a decent amount of slots, forgot what solar system the tool was in so spend 5 hours finding the tool, found the tool and bought it. Super happy with my new cool looking tool. Lime green and pink to fit with my lizard alien. Went into the lizard alien space domain, got down to a planet, found a base that looks like a lizard sex dungeon. Go in talk to the main lizard in charge, learn the lizard word for aids.

If you are looking for a "how long do i need to run before my shit is repaired simulator", look no further and buy no man's sky! FFS this game is boring!
Sjeees eindelijk weer tijdvoor gamen...dacht no mans sky dat wordt mijn eerstvolgende spel maar wat jammer...ondanks dat ik een beter systeem heb dan er minimaal vereist is start de game op...zie ik het startfilmpje en dan blijft de game initialiseren!?! ZO jammer....op de community zie ik allerlei mensen met verschillende problemen waaronder deze...hopen dat het binnenkort opgelost is. Tot nu toe zeer teleurstellend
No Nan`s Sky is a huge game that seems to focus on distance.
it has a pretty big overworld, exept that it doesnt.
every galaxy is loaded seperetly by a genaric hyperjump cutscene.
that looks cool at first but after a few times you wish it whould go faster.
the discription of this game talks about "every star is the light of a distant sun, each orbited by planets"
the planets are not rotating around the sun, the sun is rotating around the planets.
its a distant 2D image you can`t fly to,.... i tried.... to fly into the sun.
the moons seem a bit to rare, but i might just be unlucky.
the planets however have more diversity then expected.
as do the aliens, but it seems like the cave monsters are always the same brainspiders.
the grafics are compareable to G-mod, which in this year..(2016), isn`t that impressive.
the lense flare is done well and planets with oceans look very good.
however, there isn`t much ocean life, or non.., i haven`t seen fish so far.
exept giant flying eels.
yes some creatures look unique.
but it looks more like spore, most creatures are a mix of generic presets, like antlers or a turtle shell.
the movement of the creatures is also a bit wonky and can be compared to 7D2D.
specialy the prieviusly mentioned eels and other long creatures look un-natural when turning around.
the ores you need to upgrade can be confusing at times.
the game forces the player to constantly collect and explore.
extra points are given by fully scanning everything on a planet.
and it gets easyer to trade when you learn alot of words.
the price is to high for a game like this (59,99€)
i think (34,59€) is more resonable.
the developers lied about it being a multiplayer game.
and they didn`t correct themselfs b4 release either.
discovering a planet/species/plant doesn`t mean everyone can see its yours imidiatly.
upload it first with a new name, or the original.
if you can change the name later, idk
doesn`t seem likely, the game has to update that 1 thing for everybody.
the center (as seen in YT vids) seems to reset your position in the universe.
however, you keep your ship and all the upgrades.
as well as an atlas pass that allows you to open certain crates.

Degene die deze game gemaakt hebben verdienen een enorm compliment voor de ambitie en creativiteit. Het enorme aantal planeten en oneidig vermaak in ontdekken is uniek. Echter komt na 10 planeten al een herhalingselement om de hoek. Waar je voor 80% van het spel mee bezig bent is farming en lopen of vliegen naar de volgende plek die je voor ogen hebt. Dit maakt het spel gigantisch eentonig. Ik mis een verhaal, ik mis een doel (op ontdekken na), ik mis een overzichtelijke manier van reizen en ik mis diversiteit. Dit had een fantastische game kunnen worden echter is het naar mijn mening te eentonig en raar het daarom ook niet aan.
Veel mensen lijken problemen te hebben met de game, Als je met de opties speelt en de fps limiter uitzet verbeterd alles al snel. Ook heb ik totaal geen last van de crashes, alles loopt smooth. TOP GAME!
Het spel is totaal niet in lijn met wat er geadverteerd is, er is ronduit gelogen over vele game aspecten. Verder had ik gelezen dat mensen een refund kregen ookal hadden ze meer als 2 uur gespeeld. Ik heb een refund aangevraagd maar krijg m'n geld niet terug van F*** Steam. Hoe moest ik er in 2 uur achter komen dat dit spel poep is?
De game is niet nagekomen wat ze beloofd hadden. En de beelden die ze voor de release lieten zien zitten gewoon niet in de game. Totaal geen 60euro waard. Deze game had max 20euro mogen zijn.

Als snel komt de gameplay in herhaling, zelfde gebouwen, objecten, spacestations.... etc
In het begin kijk je je ogen uit maar na twee uur spelen heb je alle mogelijheden wel gezien.
Jammer is de €60 euro niet waard geweest. Hoepelijk kan ik mijn geld nog refunden via Steam valve
