Toch enigzins sceptisch begonnen nadat alle reviews op ''verdeeld''' waren gezet. Vanavond heb ik toch zeker 3 uur achter elkaar gespeeld. Ik zoek nog Nederlandse mensen die samen duo of squad willen spelen (voeg me even toe :).
Ik moet toch zeggen dat na voor 29 euro dit spel helemaal niet slecht is. Er zijn nog steeds bugs en 1 map kan misschien gaan vervelen, maar het spel is lastig genoeg om bijvoorrbeeld de top 10 te halen. Soms kom je niemand tegen, biertje erbij, muziekje.. best relaxt eigenlijk. En soms zit je in een gebied waar heel veel mensen zitten, dan moet je goed opletten en word je gewoon kwaad als iemand je belt ondertussen.
Spel heeft zeker potentie. Het fijne van dit format is dat de ontwikkelaars geld hebben om het door en door te ontwikkelen, denk ik. Het definitief moet dan wel door en door verfijnd worden.
Misschien spelen we dit ooit nog in VR met 16K schermen en een controller?

this one guy who's friends with one of my buddies keeps team killing me his pubg name is Blackbeard90 i and some others reported him and hes still not banned would help a lot if it gets fixed
I got to say I am amazed by how this game has grown drastically over just 5 months, TAKE THAT CS:GO!
No but seriously, this game is one of the greatest battle royale games out there, unfortunately the game doesn't run all too great on most 'average' desktop pc's.
I mean for example: I have an AMD Radeon R9 280 which is not the best card I know.
An AMD Ryzen 5 1600 hexa core 3.6 GHZ which is quite a beast of a processor.
8 gigs of RAM. About your average amount of RAM.
A laptop hardrive which is terrible I know. (Reason for that is my motherboard fucked my other hardrive)
But then I am not complaining about low fps because my fps is fine, somewhere between 50 to 70 in most places, but I am complaining about:
Unloaded textures when jumping out of the plane. What I mean by that is as soon as I want to land, the texture of the houses/buildings are unloaded and need some time to load. My
RAM/Hardrive could very well be the reason for that. Also while the textures are loading, the game keeps on freezing and freezing which is quite annoying.
EXTREME frame drops while scoping in with a 4x, 8x and 16x scope. When I zoom in with one of these scopes my framerate goes from okay/nice to aids. like 30 to 10 fps.
Quite alot of crashes while loading into the lobby. What I mean by that one is the game doesn't even get to load to the lobby sometimes. it just freezes in the loading screen and you're stuck there forever unless you force close the game.
And ofcourse the fact PUBG has been made with the Unreal Engine 4. Which is quite heavy for your 'average' desktop pc.
But afterall the gameplay is fun and I am enjoying it alot and I shouldn't say too much because this game has only been out on steam for 5 months and I know that the Bluehole company is doing their best to develop their game to be a sweet ass player killing smooth running battle royale game.
Deze game is super leuk! Als je een spannende battle royale game zoekt dan is deze game zeker de beste op de markt tot nu toe.
+ Grote map.
+ Veel verschillende guns met verschillende attachements die je op je guns kan zetten (scopes, flash hiders enz).
+ Mooie ghrapics.
+ Het pvp systeem is heel goed, de game is heel skill builded.
+Game is nogsteeds in vroegtijdige toegang dus er komen nog heel veel nieuwe features in de game.
- Als je een wat lower end computer hebt dan is de game wat moeilijk de draaien, tenzij je de ghrapics op lower/ medium zet kan je er nog wel wat fps uit krijgen. De lower/medium settings zijn ook degelijk trouwens.
- Het kan zijn dat de game soms crashed, dit gebeurt bijna nooit bij mij maar er is wel een kans dat het bebeurt. De game is nog in vroegtijdige toegang dus dit zal in de loop van de tijd beter gefixed worden.
Ik hoop dat je iets aan deze recensie had!
Game is leuk maar 24/7 een lag spike vanwege niet te filmen servers is het geld niet waard voor een spel in release.
Vandaar dat ik dit spel niet aanraad. optimalisatie is echt bagger. zelfs een kind kan beter programmeren dan de devs heb ik het idee.

With friends the game is more fun.
But there also strange bugs:
Sometimes my total amount of skillpoints / ingame money is gone. Or you can click on server ready, so you have to recreate lobby. What i also miss is the option to invite or people join you by steam in games library. You have to invite friends in the game. That does not always work well. I had also several times that we did a squad by 4 people and we where playing with 3. We had to leave game because of that.
Today i did not wear clothes that i am usually wear. Why? I do not know, seems like another bug.
Also when i join mate his lobby i do not see the person there as avatar. But if you start the gamesession than you are with each other.
If those bugs would be fixed than the game would score higher for me.
I hate Counterstrike because you are dead in 10 seconds. Here you die mostly in 10 minutes. Depends also where you drop down.
Slowly i start like this game. But still it is not the big wow factor.
I love it when some Hungarian kid who threatens to hack you starts yelling right before I beat him to death with a crowbar.
