server problems are no more. very good arpg, easy to get in the flow and make your own build.

Venturing through the ARPG landscape since 2011, my brother and I, avid players of Path of Exile and Diablo, habitually explore new additions each year. Games like Grim Dawn and Wolcen have graced our screens, with some less known but still notable titles in tow.
Last Epoch entered our collection some time ago, had a brief rendezvous, and then gathered digital dust. It lacked that magnetic allure, that profound "wow" that beckons further exploration. However, spurred by the recent addition of a multiplayer function, we decided to give it a second chance. This time, it unfolded into a delightful surprise.
Last Epoch is a visually striking game that sidesteps the pitfalls of frustration. Its strength lies in the multitude of options it offers to optimize and experiment with your character's build. The graphics are commendable, and while I can't offer much insight into the in-game narrative (as it's not our primary focus), it appears to be well-crafted.
A standout feature, and one that sets Last Epoch apart, is its transparent approach to death. In stark contrast to Path of Exile, it excels in providing clarity on why you met your untimely demise. This insight is invaluable, serving as a guide for necessary improvements to prevent a repeat performance.
Yet, the game is not without its flaws. Presently, the Achilles' heel is the extended wait times when transitioning between worlds. A seemingly minor hiccup that stretches a 15-30 second lag, hinting at connectivity struggles.
In conclusion, Last Epoch has transformed from a forgotten purchase to a staple in our gaming repertoire. It's a robust and engaging experience, promising to absorb countless hours of our time. The journey has been reinvigorated, and the epochs we'll spend within its virtual realms are sure to be plentiful.
