Currently the game is very easy to win using the scheme mechanics to abduct and falsify claims, while regular conquest is frustrating as your armies either flat out refuse to move or take forever to go anywhere even though they can go there just fine if you just click a hundred times. The Norse nations just mess you up though, Norway conquered half of Europe and Sweden had claims to half of Asia, so unless you take them out ealry you just end up losing until very late in the game.
It feels like im playing a downgraded CK2, fix the game

Edit 2: Tried playing the game after almost a full year. Yep still absolutely dissapointing, how this has very positive reviews is beyond me, the average soyboy plays for 3 hours and decides to rate it good and then never play it again. There is so much that just doesn't work. For some reason they thought it would be a good idea to let the AI fight your liege over YOUR LAND without even calling you into the war. You can join the war, but it becomes a pain to having to constantly bother with it. Why in the world do they even include this into the game? Who thought it was a good idea to let people take your land without even having to fight you for it. Paradox devs, turn your brain on. Pretty please with cherry on top, i ask you one year later to fix the damn game
Edit 3: Also why does the game love to force partition succession down your throat? I play this game to relax and have fun, not to micromanage my fertility and sons. Having to constantly limit yourself to one son gets old quick, having to disinherit or kill your sons gets old quick, having to constantly care about inheritance gets old quick. You actually have a decent game, so why insist on having it be so frustrating by constantly forcing us to micromanage and limit ourselves. SAD!
Edit 4: FIX HOLY WARS! WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING A CALIPH IF NO ONE JOINS THE JIHAD AS ATTACKERS! THOUGHT I WAS JUST UNLUCKY, NOPE, SEEMS LIKE THIS A COMMON PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO CODE THE GAME. FIX THE GAME! I HATE HOW YOU MAKE ME RIDE YOU EVERY DAY, ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW TO HATE, I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME AND HAVE FUN!
You can marry inside your family and get inbreed children. 10/10
