Stupid ass dragon boss that jump ontop of you violating your whole life. trash servers that want you to switch to a new server in a new region after spending 50 hours of your life!!!!! only good shit about this game is that its free, but even then its pay to win being able to dobble jump with mount after spending 80$!!! shit game. 10/10 would not recommend.

You will never, ever, get help from Customer Support as Smile Gate is based in Korea!
Amazon Game Studio can't do anything to provide customer service, all they can do is reply to questions you already know the answers to. Even if you contact them through their websites livechat they will forward you to their official discord server, only after you have verified a phone number are you allowed to write and post in their channels and the solution to your problem will be to make a thread about your issue to raise awareness about it to the 'devs'. There are no devs in this discord that can do anything without getting the go signal from Smile Gate and it would take weeks next to months to try to communicate a simple yes or no question between these two parties. The channel is named game-feedback but players use it as their personal diary, the posts in there are not actually game feedback and you would be absolutely delusional to think that your post will have any visibility or that Smile Gate actually cares about its western playerbase 'feedback'. The discord server is essentially just a kindergarten customer support directs you to if you have issues with the game and the community managers will occasionally reply to posts basically telling players when they have to play inside or outside and when nap time starts and when it ends. Considering how the players are being taken advantage of by Smile Gate and Amazon Game Studio you could also compare it to a mental institution filled with addicts because that is exactly what this business model and game design will make out of any consumer and its users.
Well, this is actually my first time writing a review. As you can see I have played way too much since release. In march 2021 I quit wow after 13 years because I was not feeling the game anymore. I saw vids of Lost Ark and thought I would test it, I was on the fence and thought I would drop it as soon as Elden Ring came, OH BOY I WAS WRONG. I had the bronze chest for early game time, within the first two I bought the plat, I was loving the game.
The combat is fresh and there is so much grind to do to increase your player power which I love. Is this game for everyone? No, both because its an ARPG+MMO and those two genres are not for everyone, there is quite alot of grinding involved. And also the weeb in me love the "anime" vibe of this game. The game is free, I urge you to test it for atleast 10-20hrs before making up your mind (If you do, please choose the EU West region as EUC matchmaking is fucked cuz we are way too many in the region).
If you're in Europe, you're out of luck. Horrible managment of queue issues, maintenances bring new bugs instead of patching old ones, etc. I really hope they manage to pull something off, but I'm losing faith. Would not recommend playing.
If u want to try out this game or play it u need to quit ur job som u get a spot on a server, beacuse the que sytem is stupid it seems like if or not having a job u more then weclome but for all the ppl out there with works like me ur not welcome to the game, i enjoyed the game wen i could actually play it in the weekend, but overall its mostly the que time that killing the game rn, it need to get fixed asap!

Enter the queue of a measly 21k players at 15:30. End up throwing in the towel at 21:20 because you gotta go to bed. I still had a queue of 2.5k after almost SIX hours of waiting.
Unless you are living on disability this game is unplayable atm. Shame; the game itself is fun.
Mostly positive about the game. It's a great game, but the servers suck. And Area chat, or general chat is filled with french fries who only speaks their own language. annoying af tbh.
