After almost 2000 hours in Satisfactory, I think it's safe to say I might have a slight problem.
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve started over. Every new world begins with the same promise: “This time it’s going to be clean, efficient, and perfectly organized.”
It never is. 😅
1848 hours later, I’ve built factories that could power a small nation, torn them down again, and spent countless evenings shifting entire production lines just because something didn’t feel right.
But that’s the beauty of Satisfactory. It’s not really about efficiency — it’s about the journey. About watching chaos slowly turn into order (and sometimes back again). It’s the thrill of that first automated line, the satisfaction of seeing a balanced production chain, and the quiet pride of standing on a mountain, looking over your base as the machines hum below.
And then there’s multiplayer.
Building together with someone who shares the same obsession for symmetry, ratios, and near-perfect balance is a joy of its own. Hours disappear as you plan, rebuild, argue over belt layouts, and finally stand back together to admire a factory that’s half masterpiece, half spaghetti monster. It’s chaotic, frustrating, and absolutely brilliant.
Of course, there are moments of pure madness — running out of power mid-upgrade, realizing you miscalculated ratios three hours ago, or discovering that your “perfect” design has one belt running the wrong way. But even then, it’s hard to stay mad. Because the game keeps pulling you back in with that simple question: “What if I did it a little better next time?”
Satisfactory is more than a factory builder.
It’s an endless cycle of creation, destruction, improvement — and sometimes, shared madness with a friend.
10/10 – Still trying to make it perfect. Maybe next time.
Still rebuilding, still loving it.

Don't buy it, it will take your life, at first you think, "what's an hour or two?", then suddenly your wife is leaving you and takes full custody of your children, but now that I think about it, atleast I've got Satisfactory sooo...
