Tried to pull over a car but someone else decided to run away and i gave chase to them instead... they stop shortly after without much problems... i go to the usual of checking IDs... no warrants in the system, no contraband nor weapons in his person or car (in my head: "why did they run?"), i checked him for alcool just in case they were sober... aka i pulled someone over, a difrent car thought it was for them and ran, gave up and surrendered shortly after, didnt break any laws other that evading arrest... i honestly wanted to see how this case would work in real life...
