+Very rewarding when in victroy and even in defeat
+Tactis & plans and observation plays a huge role
+Sound design is very interactive and is a part of the gameplay
+Footing plays a huge role
+Reward system feels REWARDING
+Lots of content for being an early access game
+Monsters/creatures are deadly, you can use them to your advantage against other players.
Cons:
-Meelee combat feels a bit clunky
-minor performance and visual issues
-Some enemy animations feels slightly clunky in unatural way
Highlight: The sound design as mentioned before is very interactive in terms of footings, it is not just a part of the enviroenmnt but it could also be triggered by a player and could give you away so other players know that you are close, for an example, if you get close too to dogs in a cage, they will start to go crazy and bark at you, if you get too close to a flock of birds, they will fly away and people will know exactly where you at if they notice the birds.
Being inisde in some houses you will notice there are chains hanging form the roofs and glass pieces on the floor/ground & other environemnt props, be aware of those as when you walk into them you will make a lot of noises that could attract monsters/creatures and enemy players.
Important to know: This game has a huge potential and even in it's current state it has lots of content and many hours with lots of fun with friends, however, for some it could be experienced with lots of performance issues, that could be fixed by making sure you have the latest graphic drivers and you will have very little to almost nothing in stuttering or laagging issues.
Overall: 8/10! 9/10 if the issues are fixed, it has huge potential.

You might have experienced the same thing but i can assure you that this is most peculiar indeed.
People come and go that is the way of life and you yourself probably had to endure the pain of losing somebody it's something everbody will experience once atleast....
Yet i cant run away from the hunt i cant get my mind to release me from my shackels that keep me hooked on this slaughter fest this bloodbath of a game. Why? you might but there is no answer to be found dear friend there is no salvation no hope for lost causes like me.
I joined the hunt with my avatar named Roger Dicksson i was excited to play this new game i had bought of a steamsale.
I recall runing around in the swamp looking for clues as to where the spider monster was hiding.
I killed countless people that had turned into things that i couldn't even come up with in my wildest dreams.
I saw another player he looked me straight into my eyes but something was off all i saw in his gaze was sorrow and suffering it was as if he looked straigh into my soul. And after that everything took a turn for the worst after a 2 hour seesion of playing the game terrible things started appearing in my thoughts i couldnät stop thinking about the hunt i was hooked. It was like a drug to me it consumed me. This is not a mere game this is a sneak peak into the mind of someone sinister somemone i myslef wouldnät even consider human.
Know the risk of playing this game reader.... for it may be the last time you see it as a game and not a curse.
The atmosphere is amazing. So is the sound and setting. Don't let the review bombs fool you since those reviews mostly has got to to with the poor new UI. The update from Hunt Showdown: 1985 to 1986 brings with it a ton of updates and graphical improvements to make a great game even greater, despite it's flaws.
The new "Improved" UI is a mess.
"Our design team has been hard at work on the long-requested UI overhaul, which is a crucial improvement that's been needed for some time" No it was not....
If you like to be scared but intrigued at the same time, play this game.

Solid game, nice PVPVE, love that there are no full auto guns, every shot counts.
It's hard to learn, but when you know what you are doing it is totaly worth it :)
The game is even better after the big update!! new boss and new map is FIRE!!
