I played DMC series since the third game (it was the first one released for PC and I didn't have a console back then) and it was always rather... interesting, weird experience. The game is pretty much 90% about style, rest is... well... some illusion of story, character writing, level design, long story short, if you are not into crazy s**t, you won't like the game. Now DmC being last Devil May Cry I played before this one set the bar pretty high, becuase it was everything I expected this series to be, flawless combat, tons of enemies to fight, reasonable challenge, fun, only things it lacked were more interesting characters and better level design, which DMC series always fell behind on for some reason. I was utterly dissapointed to see they returned to the combat style of previous DMCs after DmC restart. The lock-on system is so last century and to bind 95 % of the moves to it is just crazy, you are almost never fighting single enemy, so need to be locked on on someone to be able to pull off AoE moves is just nonsense, not to mention crazy camera controls sometimes rendering you unable to determine which direction you should hold in order to hold backwards (relative to the locked-on enemy). Level design seemed ok at first, ruined city, but after level 5 it turns into demonic crap with red and purple everywhere, everything looks the same and doesn't change after that point. Bosses are somewhat fun, in the end plain frustrating on highest difficulty available, but doable. I found new character Nico just annoying, the way she talks and grims.. well, you be the judge. Thrish and Lady wouldn't even had to be in the story, you couldn't tell the difference... I guess they only added them there because they had nude models and really wanted to show them off in few cutscenes briefly... new V is interesting addition, but I found his gameplay rather boring, most of the times abilities of his minions were chipping small portions of enemy's HP and I had to watch them slowly die from afar... also, dodging attacks interrupts your minions moves so that didn't help much either. Overall I do not recommend, play God of War instead, much better game delivering in on all mentioned flaws without an issue.

11 let od Devil May Cry 4, musím říct že je to paráda. Graficky moc povedená hra, i ovladatelně, nemám sebemenší problém. Parádní rubačka, díky mé koupi RX 570 jsem obdržel zdarma, což je úplně super. Nevím jestli bych za to dal 60€, ale 59.99€ určitě Kappa.

I have never played a DMC game before this one, but I gotta say, DMC5 is one hell of an action game. If you include the DLC, there are 4 main characters that you can play as (and you better buy Vergil, he is so fucking cool!!!). All of them are extremely fun to use, but V got really annoying at higher difficulties, such as Dante Must Die, where the enemies have tons of health and they just don't die, since V is a summoner, his kit is quite limited, which results in enemies not taking that much dmg and encounters end up being a chore. Dante is perhaps the most deep character when it comes to skills, you have plenty of guns, melee weapons and styles to choose from and I learned something new on every playthrough. The combat is easily one of the best, words can't do it justice, you have to try it yourself. When it comes to the story, I can't really say anything about it since, like I said, this is my first DMC game. But I liked the characters, there were some pretty cool moments and the cinematics were beautiful, the intro may be one of the best I have ever seen. You will complete the game approximately in 12 hours, but I highly recommend playing through the campaign maybe 2 more times on higher difficulties, since you will unlock new skills for chars and even an OP skin, if you manage to clear Dante Must Die. I also have to talk about the soundtrack, holy fuck, the songs kick so much ass. Devil Trigger and Bury The Light are so damn good that any time I hear them somewhere outside the game, I immediately go back and play some missions. However, there were some things that rubbed me the wrong way. I quite disliked Furies and enemies that you can't launch into air (those were fine, but once I got to DMD, they kept pissing me off). And I didn't like how DMD difficulty works, I understand this is for highly skilled players, but I feel like the enemies have just too much health, I don't mind them being aggressive, but when they last longer than a boss fight, it sucks all the fun out of combat. The levels could also use some varitey after mission 10. The styling system seemed inconsistent at times, there were levels where I could do the sickest moves and only get like 4000 points in the end (looking at you mission 8,10 and 18), whereas I got 7000 points on a different level where I did the same thing. Overall, DMC5 is a joy to play and if you like action, you will fall in love with it. 9,5/10

Myslím si, že Nero svým mečem a prostetickou rukou referuje na dark fantasy mangu Berserk od Kentaró Miura, kterou poprvé vydal v roce 1988 a následně byla uvedena na naše obrazovky její animovaná zpracování z roku 1997, 2012 a 2016. Gameplay ujde.

Pre deti DO!!! 15 rokov. Strašná nuda, otrasné prostredia, verím že sa to deťom môže páčiť, je to také farebnučké, snaží sa to byť veľmi COOOOL, ale inak je to odpad.
