Im sure this contraption is a time machine.
You turn the game on, build a little here, a little there
Get some production going and further doing trade
Then sudenly the game say, that you have been playing for 9 hours, and asks if you are hungry...
This game can be exactly as stressful or relaxing as you want it to be. The dificulties are fully customisable and up to you how you will play the game. If you want to focus more on trade, building or building armies (This Anno game has land-combat combined with naval warfare) or you can focus a little bit on everything.
I personally love to turn on this game while i watch my political podcasts or Netflix-series on my other screen, and this game is absolutly perfect for that
But you are not hungry - because you just turned on the game 30 min ago!
Then you look at the clock and see daylight from the window...
I still don't understand how that shit works - but 10/10 would definetly travel time again
