Played Smite in the beta and enjoyed it a lot. Stopped for some reason and forgot about it. Started playing LoL. Enjoyed that for a bit but got tired of it, especially because of the style and the way you move in that game.
Now many months later I tried Smite again and I love it more than ever. The maps are nice, the gods are all very interesting and even items are great. Smite's different game modes are also really interesting and since they are all different you will always have something to do and won't get bored easily.
But the most important part for me is the movement. Smite uses a third person perspective like you see in third person shooters and WASD for moving around. That's a huge deal for me since I'm mainly playing first and third person shooters. This makes split second plays in the style of these shooters possible in Smite and therefore spares me of all the frustration I had in LoL. Oh, and all shots are skill shots which is fantastic.
Smite is good for those of you who like MOBAs but want something a little different, but it's also great for people like me who just couldn't get into the style of other games of this genre.

got another notification asking if I wanted to revise my review, and all i gotta say is i have re-watched countless shows while this fucker loads up
Don't play it. If you decide to play this game, then you have forsaken yourself, dissapointed your ancestors and cursed your bloodline for generations to come. Do what you want with this information at your own peril. It will be your doom and the folly of man.
Tbh this game has given me a new look upon my choices in life, Because in this game i have experienced a petit twink with a sash wrap me up to beat my ass to a pulp, while a tall, charismatic black man sucks the life out of me. With this experience i have come to the conclusion that i might have daddy issues and a weird fetish for bdsm.
so all in all, would rate this 10/10, and would gladly get more brain damage agian.
