Looking at the reviews people clearly have not played mmorpgs before.
If you say the game is shit after playing it for 15 hours and have experienced about 5% it has to offer, grow up.
Questing is at the start boring, but the scenarios get very good after a while.
Team Deathmatch and Team Elimination is so much fun even at lvl 26 (when you unlock it). Top tier PVP content.
People saying that the game is P2W are somewhat correct. In PVE content you can buy things with real money that speed up your gearing process, but there is nothing these people can achieve that the free player can't.
In PVP your stats scale to the same level as others regardless of gear or what you have done. Even at low levels you unlock all the abilities your subclass can use and you get to use them all to their fullest extent in PVP. Only thing you can't use is your awakened power, but you unlock it at lvl 50. (Doesn't mean you can't pvp at low levels you can still 1v3 people in Team Elimination if you play good). So in PVP there is no P2W aspect to it.
Friends that are higher levels tell me that Chaos Dungeons are posing a very hard PVE challenge and say they are fun to do. Don't know much about them yet nor raids, but i'm excited for them.
And the last point... Servers and queue times.
Queue times can reach 5-15k depending on server and region and on streamer populated server can go even higher. Amazon and Lost Ark devs are constantly fighting this issue and just yesterday added a whole bunch of fresh servers for EU for example. I highly doubt Amazon nor Lost Ark developers expected such a huge wave of people at launch. For example, New World had a huge following and a lot of hype to it. At launch New World managed to hit an all-time peak of 913,027 people playing concurrently. And Lost Ark hit a monumental all-time peak of 1,324,761 concurrent players the next day after launch. This amount de-throned both Valves CS:GO and Dota 2 from the top records for all-time peak concurrent players (CS:GO having 1,305,714 and Dota2 having 1,291,328)! Lost Ark is now at number 2 of the list only defeated by PUBG with 3,2 million peak concurrent players. These numbers are absolutely massive and to expect the most smoothest launch with these numbers is just dumb. They will correct the dc and queue problems and are working on them as we speak i'm sure. Just give them time. Everyone at the office is probably freaking out still.

Game doesn't work properly. The massive queues preventing you from playing aren't the biggest issue. Assuming you can get into the queue in the first place, because when there are too many players it just says "server doesn't work lol" and closes the game. Playing any multiplayer content is almost impossible because the game refuses to create the instances 99% of the time it just gives your party an error after lagging for a minute. The VIP subscriptions people have to pay real money for are randomly disappearing and reappearing.
