Gioco veramente ben fatto, complesso bello, sicuramente un miglioramento netto da eu4, molto bene economia, mercati ricerca, esercito.
Sento un po' la mancanza delle missioni che davano qualche obiettivo al player.

Let's be honest, I'm a developer too. Now with LLMs, a translation costs a tenth of what it did five years ago. What really costs is the manual review and language support with DLCs.
Not even giving modders the preview key to release the translation is a gesture of disinterest in the market. If you want to make a qualitative leap as a company, you also have to provide user accessibility support. This is something that's missing even in the tutorial, and you had to make a YouTube series.
On our side, there's strong openness; on your side, indifference. I'll leave you with a negative review. Consider all the work done in the past by the modders. People who claim to be learning English are simply ignorant. Immersion has nothing to do with language proficiency.

C'è bisogno di una laurea in ingegneria atomico-quantica applicata alle cappelle scappellate per capire 'sto gioco. Il che non sarebbe neanche un male, eh. Certo, non è il gioco che farei in multiplayer per divertirmi con gli amici, visto che ci metteremmo 16 anni per far passare una settimana di gioco.

Il gioco è graficamente stupendo ma davvero troppo difficile nelle meccaniche. Davvero ingiocabile. Per riuscire a fare una partita normale bisogna avere 5 lauree.

My question is: Anno 117 is in Italian, Europa Universalis V isn't, why? Yet "Anno games" are played far less often than Paradox (I really don't think Italians play Anno much more often). And Europa Universalis V in English already has many Italian words, simply because Italy is at the center of...European culture, especially in the historical period under consideration. I still think the Swedes enjoy mocking Italians.
Ho comprato questo gioco sperando che, grazie ai video, sarei riuscito a capirci qualcosa. Ma dai, un gioco così complesso non è affrontabile nemmeno se mastichi un po’ d’inglese (a meno che tu non sia un veterano con più di 1000 ore su giochi di questo tipo). È vergognoso che non ci sia la lingua italiana. Con l’intelligenza artificiale di oggi è facilissimo tradurre i videogiochi — basti pensare al fatto che hanno persino realizzato la pubblicità in italiano con uso di A.I. Ipocriti.
Lo farei io stesso per conto mio, ma purtroppo non so programmare. (Ci avevo già provato con un altro gioco: ero riuscito a tradurre i file di testo, ma non sono riuscito a “scambiarli” con quelli inglesi. Ovviamente la traduzione l’avevo fatta con l’intelligenza artificiale.)

But come on, a game this complex isn’t approachable even if you have some grasp of English (unless you’re a veteran with over a thousand hours in this kind of game). It’s shameful that there’s no Italian language option. With today’s artificial intelligence, translating video games is incredibly easy — just think about the fact that they even made the ad in Italian. Hypocrites.
I’d gladly do the translation myself, but unfortunately I don’t know how to code. (I actually tried with another game once — I managed to translate the text files, but I couldn’t “swap” them with the English ones. Of course, the translation was done using AI.)
This game is going to change the Grand Strategy paradigm.
Huge, ambitious, sometimes still raw, but extremely charismatic.
AI in combat will need some rework soon. In every other aspect EU5 is an excellent game.
